The Caveau is the centre of the vineyard, where the grapes arrive after having been hand picked during the Vendange at the end of September-beginning of October, to the moment often several years later when they head off bottled, labeled and boxed to be consumed in the Vaucluse, in France or overseas.
It is here that you should come to taste the wines, and perhaps visit the vats and barrels.
We speak English and French and enjoy showing visitors our wines, and answering your questions about our wines and wine-making.
The caveau is open in summer 6 days a week from 10.00 till 12.00 and 14.00 till 17.00, (18.00 June, July and August) and in winter Monday to Friday from 10.00 till 12.00 and 14.00 till 17.00.
