Grape Varieties : Grenache, Syrah, Cinsualt (with yields of 35hl/hectare, hand- picked). Organic.Tasting Notes : A pale rose petal colour with a glint of peach. This core-of-a- strawberry colour leads to wild strawberries and lychees on the nose.
